Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic Medicine provides a comprehensive approach to health. It is the ONLY primary care profession that uses natural therapeutics which focus on optimizing and restoring health through individualized patient care.

Naturopathic Medicine can treat an array of conditions alone or it can be used along with other health care practitioners such as chiropractors, medical doctors, dietitions, nutritionist, psychotherapist, physiotherapists etc.

 Naturopathic Education

It is an intensive four-year, full-time program.  Graduates have a minimum of 7 years post secondary education.  The program includes more than 1,300 hours of clinical experience and more that 4,200 hours of classroom and clinic experience. Naturopathic doctors are highly educated primary care providers who integrate standard medical diagnostics with a broad range of natural therapies.  It is accredited by the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education (CNME), the North American accrediting agency for naturopathic colleges.
